At Quartz Legacy, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we’re here to help.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please carefully review all personalisation details before placing your order.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. To qualify for a replacement:
✅ Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
✅ Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
✅ Retain all original packaging for possible return shipping
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production will have begun, and changes may not be possible.
Non-Refundable Items
❌ Personalised products (unless damaged on arrival)
❌ Items that have been used or altered by the customer
❌ Orders placed with incorrect personalisation details (customer responsibility)
